Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of vaping products and health regulations, we handle returns and refunds carefully. Please read the following before requesting a return.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
How to Request a Return
Email mistyray2026@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions if your request is approved.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
