Shipping Policy
All items are shipped nationwide across Australia via our fulfilment warehouse. Orders received by 3pm AEST on working days usually get same-day dispatch.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking information where available.
Shipping Rates
Minimum order: 3 pieces, free shipping. A flat surcharge of A$32 per order will apply to remote areas with postcodes starting with 0, 1, 7, 8 or 9. The exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes 7–12 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Age Verification
All deliveries require the recipient to be 21 years or older. A valid ID may be requested upon delivery.
